Ordering the Matteress they went through options for purchasing, etc, until I found the best one for me. My last complete Bed was from Bensons 10 ys ago, Great Beds. Trouble getting a bed frame delivered in decent timefrane
Went to store, quickly found frame we wanted but with only one customer service advisor already helping a customer, we gave up ordering in store and bought it online. Paid in full to then be told there is a problem with stock and we won't get the frame till sometime in Nov. The frame should not be on display if it is not available.

Great value and customer service
Julia was such a great support throughout the process, we chose a store sale item that exactly suited our needs. Julia helped with measurements and decision, then on collection she really got stuck in helping us get the product into our camper van. The bed is lovely, fits perfectly and looks very good value for money. The new bed care kit gift was a lovely touch too.
