Excellent service all round
From the first time we went to the showroom we received immaculate service, right through to delivery day. The store manager was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us decide what was best for us. The delivery guys Andy & James were amazing! Friendly courteous& kind. Could not fault the service we received at all. Thankyou Benson beds, our bed is perfect x

We had a really good experience at Benson's for bed, the salesman was very helpful he did not pressurise us even though we spent such a long time in the shop trying every bed! Hopefully we have chosen wisely, shame we have wait 7 weeks to find out, but I guess this is the average 😊

Mattress purchase, and swap
Help buying my new mattress but it was the tempur med firm, it killed my back royally……went back and chose the igel 2050i……they arranged delivery and exchange in a couple of very long weeks lol……seemless transition, lots of notifications along the way…..so far so good…great staff from showroom to delivery drivers….

The delivery men were very polite and helpful. It was an extremely hot day so I gave them cold drinks which they was grateful for. Bed was assembled quickly and where I'd asked it to be. Very happy and sleeping well in my lovely new bed. Highly recommend x

Delivery and service was excellent.
Delivery and service was excellent.
Bedbase looked good and strong in the shop.. but once delivered.. its just cheap wood structure... cheap plastic brackets to connect two half bases...metal would be better... the feet for the bed did not screw in properly only could tighten two up. One was completley loose the other fell off when we moved the bed base..
But once all put together now with a good heavy mattress on top.. looks great.. (but its not really)

A very smooth trouble free experience.
Very smooth trouble free experience from the sales person at the Rayleigh Weir Branch to the delivery a month later. Assembling of the Bed and Tallboy was very straight forward - no missing parts the only slight problem was we found one of the runners on the Tall Boy was fitted incorrectly but this was easily rectified.

First class product and service

Shoes off and delivered all 4 boxes to our room of choice.
Construction of bed took me and my son in law 90 mins to construct with no errors and minimal head scratching.
Bed looks first class, divan type bed with smooth operation.
First class product, service and delivery.

Helpful and efficient
Helpful, informative staff in shop. Received updates on progression of my order then also with delivery day and time including call from delivery men with time of their arrival. Delivery men, Mark and Alan, even took away my old metal bedhead although I had forgotten to ask about this in the shop..very nice of them.
