I genuinely cannot believe how badly Benson for Beds have handled this.

They have admitted liability for delivering my mattress to the WRONG ADDRESS, despite somehow managing to collect my old mattress from the correct address on the exact same day. How does that even happen?

Because of their mistake, I was left without a bed and without a mattress for an entire week. Their response? Essentially, “Oh, sorry about that.”

I was repeatedly promised manager callbacks that never came. I have been offered no compensation, no meaningful solution, and I STILL do not have the mattress I paid for.

I called again yesterday expecting this mess to finally be sorted, only to be told I could now be waiting ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for my mattress to be delivered.

So because of Benson for Beds’ own admitted mistake, I’m potentially expected to go weeks without a proper bed while they apparently treat the situation as though it’s a minor inconvenience.

The complete lack of urgency, communication and basic customer care has been absolutely appalling. Mistakes happen, but it is how a company deals with those mistakes that matters – and Benson for Beds have failed at every opportunity to put this right.

I would never recommend this company to anybody. This has genuinely been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I will be making sure I share my experience wherever possible so other people know exactly what they could be dealing with.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

How easy and stress free it was and the great service of the app as well,and how the customer service were warm and ready to help.

I bought a mattress at Bensons beds in Preston by the docks recently. The staff were excellent and very helpful and considerate.

They also helped me to get the best deal possible which was on offer at the time.

Did not get put under pressure in the salesroom. I was encouraged to take my time and was left to try out the mattresses before making a decision.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Never had to chase as emails came through to keep me informed of progress. Bed was delivered on time by two lovely men. Really happy and would not hesitate to use Benson's again.

A great product at great value , store allowed us plenty of time and space to make our choice , delivered as agreed by two great chaps who took care when transferring the Bed sections upstairs. 1st time customer but would return when required. ♤ ♤ ♤ ♤ ♤
