Lovely staff at Poole Branksome
Tim and Paul at Poole Branksome branch are very helpful. Tim explained different beds ( pockets, memory, latex free etc) in details and very patient with me asking questions. Paul was the one arranging delivery and finance options. The whole buying process is very smooth and lovely staff. I would recommend this branch to my friends and relatives.

Ruben was great, showed us different styles for what we were after, didn't rush us or try and make us go over our budget. He did everything to make sure we got what we wanted for the best price.

Timm from the sales team in Poole was excellent , he listened to are needs and found us the perfect mattress. All the staff were friendly and helpful in the order process. Delivery team was excellent and gave a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival.

Mattress Love
Actually, when we walked into Bensons Bed that day, we didn’t have a clear intention of buying a mattress. We mainly wanted to get some general information about mattresses and compare prices.
Leigh, one of team members, was incredibly warm and attentive with us that day. When we explained the features we were looking for in a mattress, Leigh guided us very well. In a short time, we were trying out the right mattresses, and to be honest, Leigh even helped us fall in love with a mattress that was well above our initial budget (£1,400 vs. the £800 we had in mind).
Thanks to the experience and Leigh’s guidance, we had no doubts left about our decision. And we decided to go ahead with the purchase.
