The salesman who looked after us was great and he answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble.

The sales man was so helpful, he went out of his way to give us the best deal, informative and responsive.

From going into the show room to ordering the bed ,the service I received was great ,also the delivery guys were professional & polite & happy

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff member that helped us

Man in the shop super helpful, did me a quote to think about called and booked the next day

Staff were very good explaining various beds.. Good service and accommodating.

Really helpful sales person

I had a salesman called Darryn he was fantastic I have issues with my back and he showed me a few .. I get over whelmed easily so it was great he knew what I needed.

Ryan served us and although he was very new to the job he was polite and answered all of our questions. If he couldn't answer anything he would find a more experienced member of staff who could provide the information we needed. We were provided all the information about delivery and given an envelope with all the information we needed, along with the store telephone number if we had any further question.

Very friendly, great advice, very knowledgeable.

We went into Bensons for beds to get my son a pillow. The staff were really warm and friendly and I came out buying a mattress too

Very kind and helpful staff. Jim was professional and help us to choose the best mattress

Could have thrown a couple of pillows in would have been nice

Excellent service, was served by someone who was training. So it took extra time has the person had to explain everything to him . But we were asked first if this was ok

At the store in Peterborough, Jim helped us choose a single mattress. He was knowledge, polite and left us then to choose without any pressure. The whole experience was excellent.

Good service from a member of staff who really knew his mattresses! I'm afraid once I'd tried the one we opted for, nothing else measured up. Jim did call me back to let me know there was an additional promotion over the weekend so an extra 10 % off. Can't give full marks yet though as we haven't reached the delivery date.
Jim's colleague David was also very helpful.

Knowledgeable salesman who wasn't too pushy unlike some of the competition. Advised us on the best bed for us which wasn't the most expensive one. Completely happy so far

Allowed to wander around to view beds, given professional advice and knowledge.

No hard sale left to look and approach them when I was ready.placed a order the staff was very helpful with getting me a fair deal and advise me best way of paying.
