The delivery team were also fantastic, they communicated ahead of time, they were so polite and helpful. They took their shoes off straight away and were so efficient with the delivery and removal, honestly we couldnt have asked for a better service overall

Tom in the Orpington branch was great, very patient and showed us all the items we were interested in and also suggested better options for our needs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured in buying anything. We went with his suggestion for mattress as it felt great and also got a bed frame and a sofa bed. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back if I ever need any furniture.

I had a great experience at Bensons for Beds. I bought a mattress from them around four years ago and knew I wanted the same one again, but I couldn’t remember the exact name. The lady in the store was fantastic and went above and beyond to help. She managed to find my previous purchase on the system, which meant I could order the same comfortable mattress for my new king-size bed.

She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent customer service and a really stress-free experience. Highly recommend.
