I visited bensons for beds at New Malden. I was quickly approached by a team member. I was looking for a bed and mattress and headboard. The staff guided me and helped me a lot. I also was told. Take your time. I ended up buying a bed and mattress and headboard. Plus there was a good offer going on two free pillows + a discount. I was pleased with the sale
I would recommend anybody to go to Benson's for beds and have a look for yourself. Sometimes it's better to actually go into store and feel the mattress I hope this helps. Anybody looking for a bed

Went in looking for a mattress
Went in looking for a mattress, ended up with a mattress, duvet and pillow for a super price. Thanks to the very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Nabil, who talked me through many products. Very pleased with my purchases. Looking forward to my delivery and hopefully a new and improved sleeping experience.

Excellent sales experience
I was helped by Addy in New the New Malden branch. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed. I was considering buying another mattress and he recommended before I did I tried several others and he explained the pros and cons of each of them. This helped me choose the one I purchased which I hope will live up to the quality promised. He explained the 40 night guarantee in the event it isn’t right for me I can exchange for a different mattress.

BENSONS FOR BEDS
BENSONS FOR BEDS - communication is shocking no one talks to each other or communicates via the Internet. I was told by customers services to go to my local store which now isn't local due to my local branch closing down. I drove an hr away for the manager to say he couldn't do anything on the system as it was locked by head office as i needed a replacement bed base due to this breaking now for the 2nd time. This had been going on since January and we are now in April. The branch couldn't get hold of head office at the time of me being in store so he said he would keep trying. Eventually head office released something on the system for them to go ahead and change the bed base and booking a delivery date. 2 days before delivery I was then called by someone else from the store to say it wasn't being delivered then as the manager of the store did not sort out payment as it was a straight swap so again I then had to wait another 3 weeks for the delivery

There are a wide variety of beds and mattresses, which you can try on. The staff Linda was very kind and patient in placing the order. We purchased 2 ottoman bed frames and two mattresses from here.

Amazing experience in New Malden store
I had an amazing experience in New Malden Store this week. This happened only because of a highly professional consultant Monika. Monika gave me all support I needed and helped me to choose a bed and a mattress quick and easy ! She knows all range of stuff the store is offering, she is also incredible welcoming and a polite person. Bensons for beds is lucky to have such an employee because Monika makes customers willing to come back for a new purchase again. Thank you Monika !

Good overall experience
We knew roughly what we wanted but the product was no longer available, the assistant showed us the equivalents/alternatives and patiently waited till we had made up our minds then was very helpful regarding the other options available

Excellent staff and service
The sales people in your New Malden store are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'm in a wheelchair and have a Support Worker (who the bed is for) and I loved the way both sales people looked me in the eye (VERY important to me)
