A great place to pick your new bed.
First time at Bensons Beds, the choice is tremendous, with a large spread of prices, makes and designs. There’s no pressure, but guidence is available. We found the ideal bed( low) and mattress ( extra firm).
And with so many beds to choose from we easily found the bed that suited our needs and price point. This showroom at the Metro Centre is on the large side, so you’ve got a great selection to pick from.
Louise was very informative and guided us to negotiate the vast array of beds, but allowed use to freely browse at our leisure.

Absolutely delighted with my first experience of buying from Bensons for Beds - it will definitely not be my last! The whole process from choosing the best products for my needs, right through to the delivery, was completely seamless and extremely well executed. I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order and the details of the delivery throughout, and the lads who came to the house were friendly, polite, and very accommodating, even removing their shoes before entering the house. This has been one of the most enjoyable, hassle-free, and satisfying shopping experiences I've ever had - THANK YOU!

Customer service was perfect, both knowledgeable and friendly. Paul helped us out a lot and definitely made the whole thing a lot better for us.

Showroom great but cheaper to order online
We visited the showroom, saw a bed we liked and then looked at the website to see details. Very good offer of bed + mattress. Back to the showroom to have another look and decided to order. All fine, except that we would have to pay a delivery charge ordering at the showroom, no charge ordering through the website. So, back home and paced the order on the website! But it was very useful seeing the bed + mattress in the showroom and getting useful advice from the assistant.

My husband and I visited the store in the metro centre and when we walked in we were overwhelmed with the choice we had and we really did not know where to start. We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Louise. I told Louise i had an issue with my back so she put us on a bed that checked the best mattress would suit us. We tried a number of mattresses and Louise even changed the pillows so we could get the best feel for the bed.
Nothing was any trouble and she went above and beyond to help us. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds metro centre. Louise is fab. Thank you so much xx

Brilliant service and advice.
We were made to feel at ease as soon as we entered the store. The sales assistant, Louise, was brilliant, we spent over 1 1/2 hours with Louise and nothing was a bother for her. She was very patient with us and she could have not done more to help us. Would definitely recommend the Metro Centre branch for quality and choice. Just ask for Louise and you’ll be sorted. Bensons for Beds are always reliable and always do a fantastic job! The beds are extremely comfortable and the two gentlemen who put the beds together were very polite and helpful and Louise in the shop at metro centre is very helpful too. Always a pleasure to shop with Bensons!
