Bensons For Beds - Macclesfield627 Anmeldelser

We purchased a new bed yesterday and the gentleman serving us was extremely helpful, He explained all the different types of beds very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Benson’s in Macclesfield.

Nothing was too much trouble for the sales person (Darryl) he even went as far as carrying furniture across the showroom as I wanted to see if I could mix and match the furniture I wanted. He took the trouble to look back on our records from buying a bed previously to see the colour we were trying to match to. Made me feel that the customer care didn’t end when you left the shop. Very friendly with a sense of humour.

We were just left to look round then for advice

Very helpful sales assistant. Alfie. He was knowledgable too. Good experience. Will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service and customer care

excellent service very nice staff

Although I had looked at the product online it was good to see it in store and get further help and info from the staff (Lewis)

Helpful member if staff. Not too pushy. Staff member told us that he had "special" weekend discount codes only to be used at the weekend. Not sure how true this was...

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and knowledgable.

We found Darryl very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable about the type of mattress we were looking for. He was most definitely one of the positive contributing factors towards us purchasing the mattress.

Visited the macc store twice and had great service from Darryl on both occasions. From trying the bed which would help me understand which firmness suited me to trying several beds and discussing options. Service was great.

The gentleman who saw us (Darryl) immediately understood what we were looking for and made professional and appropriate suggestions. Throughout he was helpful, friendly and polite.

Good range of British made beds helpful staff, we found the demo bed with the adjustable springs very useful. We came for a single mattress for our daughter which we purchased but we would be back for a double in the future

Approached & offered help very quickly. Very good customer service - Alfie had expert knowledge & able to show us several mattresses of interest then bed frames & headboards. Good deal on all items. Very happy.

we have been thinking of buying a better mattress for a while as our current one was giving my wife should ache. As the car was in for a service at a garage on the same retail park, we thought we would just pop in Benson's for a look a new mattress. Darrol aproached us and asked us what we where looking for and showed and explained to us the diffrent options as my wife wanted a medium and me a soft mattress. After trying a few out' we found what were looking for. Darrol really looked after us making sure the mattress would fit up the stairs and so on. Great customer service, and nice not to have over pushy sales staff. would recommend and buy from them again. our last mattress we bought online and it wasn't cheap but as you cannot try them it can be abit of a gamble

Bought a double mattress for teenage son. Salesman gave great advice, showed us selection of mattresses for range of budget and very pleasant experience. Very pleased with mattress and price. Highly recommend

Good experience at Bensons - helpful team and good value.

Darryl greeted me as soon as I entered the showroom and his approach and friendliness immediately put me at ease. He was clearly knowledgeable about Benson products and was able to check what model of bed I last purchased, and when (over 10 years ago!). I was able to try as many beds as I wished with Darryl on hand to advise me every step of the way. It didn't take long for me to reach my decision and the purchase process was carried out quickly and efficiently. Darryl made sure I was happy before I left and that I fully understood the next steps to delivery. Altogether, an excellent customer experience!

Great choice, easy labelling with each mattress, informative and helpful salesman, in fact there were lots of sales people about which was great, and easy transaction.
