Recently ordered a very expensive Tempur bed after 10 days we had an issue with one of the single mattresses Bensons had no issues changing the matress and helped all the way through i would highly recommend Bensons the original cost was the lowest cost over other bed sellers and when we needed help over an issue again they helped us solve it with no attitude and if anything took just as much care resolving our issue I will be returning to Bensons again 😀

Excellent service and advice from the moment i entered the store. Absolutely no pressure to purchase immediately. I was given all the information I needed.
When my decision was made to make my purchase, the experience was excellent. Each step was explained. I was given the delivery date of my choice.
The delivery was also excellent. I was informed of my time slot 3 days before, received a telephone call the day of delivery.
To conclude, thank you to John at the Llanelli branch for all his advice and assistance. Mandy and her colleague who delivered my wardrobe.
The product itself, the Bergen Wardrobe, is fantastic. Stylish and solid. Worth every penny.

Excellent customer service/ customer care from the start -from John the salesman (Llanelli)who took the time/care to listen to what I needed selecting the right mattress suitable and from Bensons delivery service - which I had to change a delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances - they constantly kept me informed regarding my updated delivery/time schedule and the friendly delivery guys contacted me an hr before to say when to expect delivery/ recycling my old Mattress stress free which I also bought from Bensons several yrs ago too -excellent quality mattress/customer support/service
