Vivienne from Livingston 10/10
We were served by Vivienne from the Livingston store, we were purchasing a bed for our first home and the service we received from her was very accommodating and professional. She made purchasing a bed very simple and straight forward and the service and attention to detail was absolutely fab from her end. We really recommend that if you need a bed, go to viv and she will make it a great experience. 10/10 stars for her, thanks again, if we need to come back for more furniture we know for sure who to come back too :)

Fantastic from start to finish
From the salesperson (Viv), who didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed but suggested the best fit for our needs, to the excellent delivery people, the experience of purchasing a bed was fantastic. The bed itself is very well made and looks great in our new house. I would recommend anyone to buy a bed from Bensons Livingston.

From the time of order to delivery
From the time of order to delivery, I was kept informed of what was going on and if I wanted to make any changes. On the delivery day, I was called ahead of time when the delivery was being made within my time slot. So overall, a great experience.
