Bed delivered wet
Bed delivered wet. Will take a month for replacement. Local staff helpful though and team manager sorted replacement. No offer of good will gesture even though one was talked about by them .

Mo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional, helped me pick a mattress that is very comfortable and at an amazing price. Was kept updated on day and time to be delivered. Patrick delivered the mattress on time and even put it on the bed. Would definitely recommend and 5*customer service

Great experience from start to finish. There was no pressure or sales hassle, and Mo was excellent—knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I found the right mattress and left very happy.

Shop assistant so expert and helpful
Vast showroom, so much choice, and the assistant who took me round was exceptional - sussed out swiftly what might suit, lots of information and possibilities to let me try, let me take my time,stepped back at right point to leave me choose, helped with the order and discounts to come. Mattress now installed with no fuss and is SO comfortable. Thank you

Great customer service. Mo was very knowledgeable and patient whilst I was considering different options for my guest room mattress. Very much recommended and I will return when looking to replace our bed.

Elliott and Simon were very efficient, courtesy call prior to the visit, within no time they arrived.
They assembled the bed and it was built in no time , cleaned up after themselves and removed all packaging too

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The manager, Mo, who assisted us had very impressive product knowledge, nothing was too much trouble and on our second visit we purchased the bed that ticked all our boxes. Mo is a credit to Bensons and it was due to his professionalism and courtesy that we decided to buy from Bensons.
