Bensons For Beds - Kettering Belgrave Retail Park Anmeldelser

From arrival the delivery team seemed like it was going to be a problem getting the job done.
The mattress was too large to go up our stairs was the first moan after one of them measured our stairs.
No pillows arrived despite them being £130 each and they will follow apparently despite us ordering them around 5/6 weeks ago which we will cancel now.

The mattress was left in our hall way for us to get up the stairs which surprise surprise we managed with absolutely no damage at all.
Just lefting feeling deflated by the whole experience the icing on the cake that our nearly £2500 mattress warranty is now invalid as we got it upstairs ourselves?

Also at no point at the shop did they say anything about potential issues getting a superking size mattress up a stair case despite it being a large five bedroomed house.

So all in all be careful do you homework and dont go for a Friday afternoon delivery as the men want to get home asap we feel.

The sales was excellent and knew the beds and mattress perfectly.Excellent quality with the bed, delivered on time and assembled perfectly.

Delivered on time with helpful delivery guys. Product is beautiful.

Excellent service from store in Kettering especially from Pippa who was so incredibly helpful and kind

I was unsure of what I needed exactly, but that was quickly resolved with help from Jay, the SM, who calmly spoke through everything after I explained roughly what I was looking for. He helped me through what was best for me and explained everything perfectly. He was calm, patient, answered all my questions with no hesitation. Outstanding service and very much recommend everyone to go there to purchase new beds. 10/10.

Excellent service right from entering the showroom to the bed being delivered and assembled in situ.

Great customer service from sales to delivery at a competitive price

My mattress was delivered early and I wasn’t required to do anything myself. The men were polite, courteous and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better

Left alone to look around before we choose a bed

Professional and very helpful

The original zip and link mattresses we ordered were far too “firm”, so having slept on them for 5 nights, we returned to the showroom who were incredibly helpful. There was no quibble about the Bensons 40 night guarantee and we were able to change/upgrade to wonderfully comfortable mattresses (Sealy Orwell).

Delivery was great and we were kept informed between order and delivery. The delivery team unwrapped and removed all packaging.

Good customer service in store, speedy delivery and very good customer service from delivery drivers. Very happy with the quality of the bed too

Very helpful salesman. Ordering straightforward. Bed base delivery was great. Andrew and Janis were super helpful and took great care with the delivery.

Choosing my new bed was exceptionally easy thanks to the Kettering store manager whose name was Jay. He was well informed and let me try all the options for a new after I told him about my bad back.

When my bed and mattress arrived the delivery and assembly was so quick and they took my old bed and mattress away too. They were polite, helpful and respectful. I would recommend Bensons for Beds.

First Class service from start to finish

Staff very helpful particularly Pippa, who was the charming lady that guided us through the different types of bed.

We went to your Kettering store, we got some very professional advice from the store manager. We went to get a coffee to discuss the advice and decided to go back and buy.
We are really pleased with the quality and the service we received.

Martin at the Kettering branch was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very professional. He answered all our questions and was not pushy. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Bensons for Beds. An amazing experience which is hard to come by these days. Thanks so much.

Everything from choice to delivery was spot on!
Thank You Bensons! For having great staff with great customer service from sales to delivery! Your guys are great!

The delivery men were excellent, polite, efficient, gave 30 minutes notice, etc. The only downside was we ordered gliders not wheels and got wheels. It turned out we bought a bed that only comes with wheels, the staff didn't tell us that. The bed is very well made with a quality feel..lovely cloth used too..

Good informative information given to us in the store. Delivery arranged and completed on time. The lorry drivers carried the mattress several hundred metres to the house, and had a good and helpful attitude, thank you Terry and Eric.
