Bensons For Beds - Ipswich110 Anmeldelser

We attended bensons for beds Ipswich and spoke to Shane and manager Craig , both salesmen were approachable , not pushy, friendly , knowledgable and realistic to online prices.
Both shane and Craig were professional salesman , we had a great experience having been offered bed care and other assessories to our purchase . Cannot moan and how they accomadate our needs. Great service .

Craig was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions and did not become an overpowering salesman. Understood things we talked about. Explaining in detail about the beds we were interested in. Delivery date is due soon so hopefully, all will still run smoothly.

had what in needed and did not take long for sales man to come and help.

The shop salesman was very helpful and provided good advice.
Delivery has yet to happen so cannot comment on that.

Very knowledgeable about the different type of beds .
We knew what type of mattress we wanted and he advised us on the ones we were interested in.

Today we were treated by a very pleasant and warming sales assistant Jay. Not pushy very informative on what mattress to choose, would recommend her

Charlotte offered us a friendly and informed customer service experience with no obligation to purchase. However, we are very pleased with our new purchase and would recommend Charlotte should you find yourself in need of a new bedroom furniture.

Great service - bought single mattress. Very helpful

Sofa bed was beautiful colour. Not slept on yet but reasonably comfy to sit on.
Delivery was a little disappointing as the men told me they were only supposed to have deliveries to bungalows on Fridays. ( my sofa bed was to go upstairs) They then said pictures should have come off my stair walls and refused to unpack the item.
I had not been informed previously that they would not be unpacking as this would have been at extra considerable cost.
However, they did put on shoe protectors and I only had to put on the legs on the bed once it was out of the box. So all in all happy with the outcome so far.

The service was top notch and the management was very helpful

Staff helpful, set up everything and allowed to complete finance process at home

The sales man was very professional ask me what I was looking for and my price range, he, showed me the options helped me choose a mattress for my bed found me a delivery date and was altogether very pleasant
