David the store manager at Telford really helped me through the process of choosing the right bed. His attention to detail and friendliness really made me feel at ease!

Gentleman that served us was great. Got us to lie on a few mattresses and asked us what we liked, asked what we found d comfy before even going into cost. So wasn't just trying to sale an expensive matress, really made it personal. Had a few beds from here and now a new matress. Would highly recommend

Great bed, very solid and well made, only thing is when these are in stock why do they take over 4 weeks to deliver considering they are in the uk and most items in stock nowadays only take a few days but its a 5 due to the quality.

The salesman was really in my face when I was choosing a bed
He was most incompetent when it came to the final order and even got the order incorrect
The delivery people were most unhelpful as they left the bed downstairs and didn’t ask where I wanted it
The drawer was also damaged in the base of the bed
I would never recommend or use Bensons again

We had friendly and helpful advice about which bed and mattress combination would suit us best. We were shown lots of options, and were very happy with the experience.

I tried a number of beds in the store, found the 1 fur me. Was given a delivery date and the bed arrived bang on time

Bought a wardrobe from this company in September 2022 was told ot would take 12 weeks first week of December man arrived with wardrobe flat packed to assemble but the back panels were missing was left with all the boxes then fast forward after a lot of phone calls another man arrived on the 17th January with back panels to assemble but realised he had no drawers for it he built what he could that time then another lot of phone calls and a third visit on the 1st of February only to be told they only had one drawers and no fittings I'm now left with a wardrobe with missing drawers and doors absolute disgrace of a company I spent £2000 on the wardrobe and it's useless to me and I'm still waiting for them to come back it's been nearly six months since I bought it
