Nigel was great. I know very little about beds- just if they are comfortable or not. He explained about the features of the mattress so that knew what I was paying for. There were several things that I wanted and he told me that they were already incorporated within the mattress structure so he ensured that I got the best without purchasing anything not needed. He also explained the financial offerings including interest free repayments. I elected to pay cash as I don’t like credit if I can avoid it. Anyway this is the 2nd time that I have used Bensons in the last 10 months. I was kept updated as to the progress of my order.
I will use them again if I need to.

Just an easy purchase when you know what you want

Great service on time delivery, pleasant helpful staff and a comfy mattress.

I ordered a tv bed and the guys installing it couldn't get it to work. The base of the bed didn't open so the tv couldn't be installed. Not their fault of course.

Ryan was helpful and really understanding. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and spent nights sleeping on the floor because I am so sensitive and in pain i actually cried when I found the perfect t mattress the thought of sleeping through a whole night.

Great service from showroom to delivery, was some damage to one of the bases but was easily rectified and new base expected in the next couple of weeks

Communication was good and I was given plenty of updates. The delivery team worked quickly and were very polite, it was well worth the cost of assembly. The quality of the bed is good, it is well built and very solid.
Will be ordering again.

Headboard was left wobbling so badly it would have snapped, it was missing metal slats that secure it. They fitted it knowing this and when I caught them
Before they dashed off they just shrugged and said they did the best they could as they were missing from the fitting pack. Terrible manner and the banging they made and hitting walls I’m surprised they haven’t damaged anything.
The customer service man rude, not our problem etc. now have to wait up to three weeks for a headboard with no back support for a disabled person.
If you want a mobility bed that is fitted with people who care go elsewhere. Thousands of pounds for the worst customer service attitude I’ve experienced regarding mobility equipment to date.

Good comms, slightly whingey delivery folks but it was a hot day.

Guy in store was friendly. Used technology in the shape of a smart bed to work out what mattress I needed then chose the one in my price range. Mattress arrived when it was promised and the delivery drivers were top notch.

Our new bed is wonderful. The 2 man delivery service was excellent.

Nice bed, well delivered but the experience was spoilt because 1 bolt was missing. There were two feet for the centre of the bed frame and only 1 of them had a bolt. I had to drive to a shop to purchase a bolt.

The salesmen in the store were very helpful, giving good advice in an unhurried way with no pressure on us to buy. We visited other stores but felt very happy to return and make our purchase at Bensons.

Excellent service from Bensons. From walking through the door of the Huddersfield store I was met by Andei who showed me round and assisted me in my choices. From then on I was kept informed of the progress of my order and 3 days before delivery I was advised of timeline. True to form I got a call from the delivery team informing me exactly when they would be with me and they were. Delivery went vey smoothly. I would recommend Bensons to anyone thinking of buying for the bedroom.
