Very knowledgeable and helpful salesman.Hassle free shopping experience.

The explanations from from the shop assistant were great, we tried several mattresses to find the one that was right for us.
Also, the delivery was prompt and the bed was built quickly with a reminder form the lead delivery guy about when to rotate our new mattress

My experience with Benson For Beds has been a positive one from my 1st visit in the showroom in St Leonards with a very nice young man. To being kept up to date via text and emails to my 2 hr delivery slot and the delivery by 2 very nice polite men. Very Good Service. Many Thanks.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable about product. Polite and made the experience easy.

Very helpful salesman, who was knowledgable and guided us to our ideal bed and mattress, following our requirements.

I went to buy a mattress and was greeted very politely and asked if he could be of any help. Although unable to help with this particular purchase as it was an unusual size, whilst in the shop I noticed a sofa bed.
He showed me how it worked answered all my questions and gave me privacy to speak to my husband as this was an unplanned purchase. I’m a very satisfied customer thank you Marian

Adam at the Hastings branch was amazingly helpful, without ever being pushy. He was well informed, shared information clearly & gave us plenty space & time to discuss & make our choice. Overall, it was such a positive experience, we're very excited to get our bed!

Painless, It went extremely smoothly, staff were amazing, would highly recommend.
