Mohammed was extremely helpful.

Nice and easy, good selection friendly staff.

Hamza greeted us at the door and offered his help to choose a mattress for my Mum.
He showed her all the mattresses on offer and was patient whilst she tested them out.
He didn't rush her and ensured she was happy with her choice before purchasing. He ran through all terms and conditions and made sure she understood everything.

Ease of shopping in store, quality of product and knowledgeability of staff member

From the minute I walked into the showroom I was treated with the utmost respect. The salesman was patient and very was helpful, answering every question I asked him. He couldn’t do enough to help me chose the mattress that would suit my needs. Would definitely recommend that branch of Benson beds.

Very helpful. Allowed us to move sofa bed around. Was very clear in the delivery process and wait time.

Jay’s help in our purchase made our experience a smooth & easy process. He was knowledgeable and even gave opinions on products based on his own experience. Look forward to receiving our order.

No hassle free to look at stock. Good prices.

The shop assistant at Harlow was really helpful. I think her name was Holly. She was very clear at explaining all the options to me and was quick at finding out which wardrobes would fit my son's bedroom. She was very professional and a credit to the store. I may need additional furniture in future and will definitely request to be served by her again. Thank you, if you are reading this!
