Absolutely awful company and terrible beds. Do not buy from this shop bensons for beds. Awful customer service too. The beds arent fit for purpose . AVOID !!!

I would give my experience in store 5*. The staff were knowledgeable, polite and didn’t hound us like some other places we’ve been.

2* have been lost because I am sick and tired of getting emails/texts since the purchase even though the lady opted me out of marketing. Now, 5 days since my purchase, I have received 3 (I’m guessing automated) text messages and 4 emails, some about leaving reviews when I haven’t even had my item delivered yet. Too much too soon and unnecessary!! The receipt email could have included everything all of the other emails have said and reviews are best left after delivery or after the product has been used.

I had a good experience on 17 November in branch, however my son went with his Father on 18 November and was served by Stewart! A total different experience to the one I had by Martin. Stewart was not only rude but his attitude was disgusting. I phoned the branch to say how disappointed I was that my son and his Father had been treated so badly and that I was cancelling my order because of the treatment. I was told by Stewart over the phone that he could cancel the order straight away and so what if I wanted to cancel!! No questions as to why I felt so strongly about cancelling my order. His attitude towards myself was appalling over the telephone and absolutely no customer service!!!

So sad that one salesman represents a company where I had once been a very happy customer into avoid at all costs!!

Quick and easy experience with Andrew at team valley store, had great knowledge of beds and mattresses, very pleasant

Andrew was informative and helpful - plus we had a bit of banter and a good laugh. Good transaction!

Andrew looked after us from the moment we came into store. Had a look around and then looked at other stores. Returned and Andrew was amazing at giving us what we were looking for and gave us all of our options. Top man.

Great customer service, very helpful sales staff and not “pushy” saved us from making a big mistake which was proved they were correct, in total we’ve purchased 3 beds from bensons in the space of a month, credit to the team at Gateshead

I visited Benson for beds the staff were excellent very helpful and knowledgeable didn't hasse you let you browse the store at your leisure then they were on hand when required I would definitely recommend

Checked out the beds in Gateshead store . Then bought a tv bed and eve mattress. Having the best night's sleep and entertainment through the tv bed.its just to good to go to sleep after connecting xbox to it

The friendly way the staff delt with the customers. Their knowledge, and the ease they worked. The quality of the beds and the variation and price.

We felt a bit overwhelmed when we went into the store, the bed specialist came over to quickly for my liking as we hadn’t had chance to look around. But I have to say he turned it around and gave us lots of information about what would be right for us, and to be honest he was a very informative person and helped us to get to a decision on which bed we needed to buy.
