I visited the Folkestone store to purchase a mattress. The salesman (Paul) was very professional and friendly and advised me on the best mattress for my needs. Excellent service.

Excellent service from Sam
I was helped by the lovely Sam at Folkestone branch of Bensons for beds. First time buying a mattress from a shop and was dreading a pushy salesperson and feeling awkward! I needn't have worried Sam was great, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Patient as I hopped between beds making my final decision. Excellent service!
