I came in to the Exeter store this afternoon with my dad to find a new mattress and bed frame for him. He is having to move house unexpectedly to be closer to family due to a severe illness. The moving process so far has been stressful, but our experience today in store was incredible. My dad said he never knew choosing a bed could be fun. Steve helped us and did an amazing job, showing us every option that was suitable and offered us everything we would need. He was great fun and very personable, which really did make all the difference. Thank you Steve for making the process so fun and stress free! Such a wonderful experience during a hard time for our family.

Big selection in store and vert helpful staff with no pushy selling. Clear pricing and good communication throughout from store to door. Delivery staff very polite and punctual. We opted for the assembly service and the guys who delivered were very good and took away all packaging.

First class service from start to finish ,great selection of beds and mattresses to choose from and the knowledgeable staff to help us make the correct choice.
Follow up after placing the order has also be first class and the delivery team also needs special mention, many thanks

I recently purchased a mattress from this company, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the ordering process (a big thank you for Steve from Exeter branch, very knowledgeable and helpful)to delivery guys(John and Mark) everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.
The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support. I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality since using it, and I wake up feeling much more rested.

john was very helpful and understood what we wanted. So it was painless and easy.

The staff at the Marsh Barton, Exeter store were all friendly and helpful, especially John, who was most understanding, helpful and patient during our mattress selection, purchase, etc.
We were kept up to date, by e-mails, with the progress of our order, and the expected delivery date.
The delivery team contacted us, by phone, fifty minutes before arrival, and we're most careful and considerate throughout the delivery process, even removing their shoes before entering our home, as it had been raining.

Jo explained the mattress test thoroughly and patiently took us through the process.
Afterwards she didn't attempt to direct us to the most expensive mattress, but did help us choose the mattress which best suited us.
We made a purchase as a result :)

Great experience from buying the bed in the shop through to delivery.

The colleagues in the store said hi as we entered and were friendly, but we're not pushy at all, they helped us find the right bed for us, in our price range and respected our budget.

I really liked the call on delivery day and delivery window. Delivery drivers were great too

Good and easy experience from the showroom to delivery. Staff in the showroom were welcoming friendly and helpful. Was kept up to date with progress during the manufacturing stage with both email and text. Received a phone call on the morning of delivery, and could track the delivery drivers from the text message link. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Great experience overall, thank you.

The original order for king size adjustable bed in February was incorrect and it took several visits to the store for the staff member to realise it was wrong and reorder on 1 March however even then the wrong mattresses were ordered which wasn’t picked up until the beds were delivered the end of April. The assistant Manager in the store has now taken over but has had to reorder the correct item which will take another 6 weeks to arrive We are now left having to sleep on extremely uncomfortable mattress whilst we wait for the correct order. I would never shop with Benson for Beds again

Josh, the Bensons sales team member in Exeter, was excellent and gave us all the advice we needed to get the bed and mattress that were best for us. Another lady in the team also enabled a faster delivery and the Benson’s delivery team of Jacob and Bradley were terrific too, putting the bed together for us and getting a mattress up a very tight spiral staircase. We would highly recommend them.

John was very meticulous in covering all aspects of our needs and expectations. Upon ordering, Steve thoroughly fine-tooth comb all the specs and delivery.

We were allowed to make our decisions without being pressed or crowded by the sales person. When we wanted some advice we aked and it was given in a profesional,courteous and knowledgable way.

Just arrived is our new bed from Bensons for Beds. John in the Exeter store could not have been more helpful. He gave us excellent advice on the right mattress and advised us on different headboards too. Delivery was easy and we were well informed of our timeslot. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend.
