Highly recommend.

All the staff were kind and courteous, never pushy, gave us as much time as we wanted to try all the mattresses. We went to the Enfield branch where Mark, who was hugely knowledge, friendly, patient, and answered all our queries. We had tried others suppliers but came back to this store a few times to “double check” we made the right choice, and we had.

Communication was excellent, as was delivery, and the aftercare service. The while process was effortless. Can’t rate Mark and the whole team highly enough. (And the matress is great too!)

I’ve bought the same bed before 8 years ago. They still had me on record which made my transaction easy to complete and were able to find exactly what I wanted despite the bed changing its name to Sandown.
Both sales staff were very helpful and efficient.
Mark the manager was very friendly, making sure everything was in order and met my needs, which is so nice to find this day and age. Would highly recommend the Enfield branch of Bensons.

Having both had recent major surgery, my wife and I needed a new mattress as quickly as possible. My wife and son went to Bensons For beds in Enfield Retail Park on Friday (the day after my operation) and could not get a mattress immediately but were promised delivery on the following Thursday. We ordered and paid in full. Over the weekend and up to the day before delivery we were sent updates telling in which time slot the mattress would be delivered. It was only on the morning of the delivery that we were suddenly told that the mattress would not be delivered for another ten days! We had explained the urgency and this sudden failure was unacceptable so we cancelled the order and got a refund. Appalling customer service! When I phoned their main customer service number about this it seemed they couldn't have cared less. Will never use them again.

Very friendly service the manager listened to what kind of bed and mattress that was best suited for me so I placed the order I found the whole process very easy to do with fast friendly and efficient service

I went to the Enfield branch and Naj served us, he was really helpful and informative. We told him what we liked and disliked and he helped us to find the perfect mattress and explained different types of mattresses in detail. We initially booked to have a later delivery for the mattress as we hadn’t found a bed frame yet. When I called Naj he was so helpful in bringing the date forward that suited us, he made the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you!

Super helpful and patient people

Need a single bed with storage. Spoke to Rashid, what a lovely guy, knows his stuff and then some. Explained the different type of mattresses. I’ve bought a base and a mattress, arranged a delivery date to suit me. Then I decided I needed a smaller bed, rang, spoke to Rashid, no problem he said , and changed the order. Highly recommend Bensons. This is the store on the retail park on the A10 in Enfield.
