Which is more than I can say about the competitor next door who ignored me for nearly 15 minutes.

This was my second purchase from this store (Enfield) and as usual everyone was friendly and helpful and the order was trouble-free. I know from experience that I'll be kept informed by e-mail about delivery and that the mattress will arrive on the date stated. I also know that if I ring the store my call will be answered and not ignored, unlike another furniture store up the road!

Great experience
To be honest, rare now to shop other than online. However, felt it was important to test the mattress before buying. Such a pleasant experience, guided by a knowledgeable, helpful and extremely nice salesman, that a reminder of the benefits of 'real life' shopping. Both my husband and I enjoyed the experience, which we had anticipated as a hassle after trying to navigate the choice of mattresses online. What I particularly valued was that the salesman wasn't at all pushy, which always makes me want to turn tail and run. It really seemed that he wanted to help us above making a sale, which weirdly made me want to buy from him!
