Bensons For Beds - Edinburgh663 Anmeldelser

Ashley looked after us and gave us time to talk and think over what we were looking for instead of pestering and hanging over us like most stores you go to for furniture etc.

Gary made our experience finding the perfect bed easy!! He explained everything in depth but also in a way that was easy to understand. I got to test out the range of beds also, which helped with making the decision. Could not speak more highly of Gary and the service he provider for myself and mum

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy and listened to what I was looking for. Showed me lots of different options

Quality beds with well informed sales people who are trained to match the bed to your personal requirements. 8 week lead time for delivery made score a four.

Really helpful, got everything sorted really quickly and easily

The staff member that helped us was great he explained a little to us then left up in peace to browse then when we ready to he came back and helped narrow down mattresses to two choices in less than 10 mins all with our preferences! All was simple and easy to do. He was friendly and knowledgeable!

Friendly, knowledgeable member of staff. Craigleith, Edinburgh store.

Tom the agent who looked after us was polite informative about all our questions we asked and gave information on delivery date the home care package and if we had any other questions or problems just to contact him

Great Service! Polite, approachable and helpful staff!

Beds explained what base what mattress what headboard no hassle from sales person just walk in look decide buy all done

Excellent service

Love the super king size bed. Plenty of storage underneath. Quality is fantastic. Delivery by George and Ally was quick.

Easy to install the Orianna (took 2 hrs for 1 person). Ideally need a second person to help with the last part. Instructions were easy to follow.

Staff at Edinburgh Straiton were helpful and not too pushy with sales. They gave us space and time to explain when needed.

I had previously been to the store to look at headboards. On the day I walked in to purchase, a member of staff came to help me and the whole process was done within 10 minutes.

Switched on, friendly staff who discussed all options without being pushy! Highly recommend

Gary Listened to our needs and made very helpful suggestions. We are very happy with our purchase.

Very good range of mattresses and Gary, the lovely assistant helping us with our purchase, was very knowledgeable. We also went to Dreams to check their stock, and agreed that for our price range the mattresses in Bensons were more comfortable. Gary was also very patient with us which we appreciate as we really did take our time! Our purchase was quick and thankfully got to pick a delivery day. 5/5

Everything was polite, pleasant and efficient

Excellent service from both Ashley and Peter couldn't have been more helpful , Ashley knew exactly what we wanted after us chatting to him about the mattresses
then we came back on the Tuesday and saw Peter who finished the sale this was at the Craigleith Retail Park Store Edinburgh EH42LN

I have been welcomed by Steven who explained all the options and offers. He was very helpful.
