Bensons For Beds - Edinburgh Straiton Anmeldelser

Knowledgeable and professional sales person. Explained all the options and confirmed convenient delivery . Good customer service demonstrated

The customer service was poor, despite telling the salesman that we need a small van to go through our driveway, the large lorry was sent, as a result the mattress was delivered one week later. The overall wait was 3 weeks. No apology not even a phone call to say sorry, absolutely nothing. For an expensive item like this the delivery cost should have been refunded. Will not recommend the company to anyone

Helpful staff provided information on bed frames to help make a decision and guided the process of selecting a mattress. Got some extras to qualify for a discount.

Knowledgeable member of staff. No pressure to buy. Freedom to try out beds. Good choice of beds available.

High quality products and customer services.

We were looking for a double bed for my daughter and found Bensons to have a great selection. Once we chose the bed Hannah in Sales helped us find the right mattress for her, taking time and patience to make sure the correct one was purchased but not overwhelming us with too many choices. The sales team were all friendly and polite and Hannah was great!

A great experience from start to finish. Sales staff were knowledgeable but never pushy. Delivery team were excellent and delivered as scheduled. Our new beds are also just what we needed.

Hannah the Sales Advisor was simply the best. She listened, searched and found the perfect beds for our needs especially for my husband. What a refreshingly honest person to deal with no pressurised sales technique. Very professional and friendly explaining ever detail about the products. Bensons for Beds was the local store for us. Good choice, and helpful staff. Delivery was good, only would have been helpful for them to take the packaging off the mattress for me.

From walking into the Straiton (Edinburgh) showroom, I have had a great experience with Bensons. Kevin and Hannah in the showroom introduced themselves, answered my questions and allowed me time to try out mattresses. They were easy to chat with whenever I approached to ask questions. I bought a pure splendour mattress and, so far, it's perfect. The quality is the best.

Walked in the door knowing more or less what we wanted.

Greeted very quickly by Hannah. Very professional and polite. Gave her a quick run down of what we were looking for.

Without hesitation brought over to mattresses that might be what we were looking for. A few alternatives just to compare and back to the original suggestion.

Managing all this with a 2 year old wasnt easy, Hannah was great and didnt let this phase her, distracting the wee man where needed and helping us to relax.

Quick service without feeling rushed.

Couldn't recommend them more.

Steven was excellent at advising me. The bed I got is amazing I get a good sleep and my back isn't sore when I wake up. I wouldn't go past Bensons for a bed

Good selection of beds and staff were very helpful. Bed was delivered and assembled on the agreed date. Updates and communication were good.

From the moment I walked in - greeted by Tom who helped me from then on. Already had a bed in mind and he showed me it, gave me 10-15 mins to think look and then came back to see if I needed more help. He showed me all different headboard option and was very very helpful. Even managed to knock off some money. Cannot recommend him enough and the team there. Very friendly guy.

Thank you

From purchase to delivery, everything exceeded our expectations. In store, Peter guided us with great care in choosing the most suitable mattress for my back pain, and his advice was excellent. He also helped us select the bed, which was made by one of their external partners, and the quality is fantastic.

The delivery arrived earlier than expected, which made us so happy. Now we have a beautiful bedroom set with a stunning bed and an incredibly comfortable mattress. We couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

First class experience from in store to in home. Top quality product and service.

We were on the hunt for a new mattress and found the service from Peter at Bensons for Beds excellent.

We spent a long time trying to decide which mattress was best for us - Peter was very patient, giving us all the information we needed to help us decide, but without ever being pushy.

We had previously visited other stores and his service really stood out from others, ultimately leading to us making a purchase

We are delighted with our new mattress and would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

Fantastic Service. Hannah was a very helpful and informative Advisor.

Hannah was very friendly and helpful. No pressure, just good service. Good prices too.

Excellent service and Peter took time to ensure that we were getting the right bed and mattress for us.
The Sleep profile was really informative and useful in the type of mattress we selected.
