Thank you Bensons, thank you James.
Buying a new mattress from Benson for Beds was a fantastic experience. From the minute we walked into the shop, late one October Saturday afternoon, we were made to feel like one of the family by James of the East Kilbride (branch 657) shop.
Every detail that we wanted to know, and some that we didn’t know existed, was explained by James, whose knowledge and friendly approach made our decision way easier than had been the case earlier that afternoon in a competitor’s shop.
Furthermore, James and his colleague kept the shop open for around an hour after closing time, for us to make up our minds and get the mattress that was for us.
The mattress (150cm MATT IGEL NT 40001 PSHTOP CR medium white) was delivered as per our requirements, and we were kept fully informed in the lead up to, and on the day of the delivery. Bensons' delivery guys couldn’t have been more helpful, and most importantly the mattresses is as amazingly comfortable, as it was in the shop that afternoon.
We couldn’t recommend Bensons for Beds highly enough.
Thanks again James,
David and Linda

James was an amazing salesman that help us understand our requirements and not once tried to “pressure” us in taking a specific brand or making us believe this is what we needed. he provided us with insight and specific benefits of each mattress to make it easy for us to make our decision.

mattress protector - Not too hot not too cold
I asked for a mattress protector that would prevent heat buildup on a memory foam mattress and was recommended the iGel Advance Perfect Partner Mattress Protector (Not too hot, not too cold, just right). I purchased the King Size version of this Perfect Partner Mattress Protecto and after one night I can assure you it DOES NOT WORK. I woke up this morning too hot!!
I feel like I have wasted £70 on a product that is not fit for the purpose I needed and asked for.
