The staff in Dumfries were very helpful and didn't rush me into a decision. The service which you offer that sets up the new bed and removes the old one is very helpful.

The sales assistant introduced himself asked what we were looking for and directed us to the beds we would probably like. He gave us time leaving us to discuss and try. He was polite at all times.
