Bensons For Beds - Croydon407 Anmeldelser

We were assisted by Shravan, he was brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, consultative in his approach and one of the best sales experiences we've ever had. We had already found our bed and base at a competitor, but we chose Shravan and as a reslut went with Bensons. We didn't feel sold to, didn't have products forced on us, but directed towards making a decision that was best for us without any pressure. His solution orientated approach was outstanding and we have already placed future orders which he will be facilitating. Give that man a raise! See you soon Shravan and thank you once again!

Great advice in store . Prompt delivery

I’m happy with my new bed now, there were a few mishaps along the way but overall the customer service on the phone & in the store (Purley way) have been very good. The delivery drivers have been swift, unfortunately the first bed was damaged but the last delivery drivers offered their help and was very polite.

Sales Assistant Seb was knowledgeable and helpful

Satisfied as a customer from start to finish with my purchases
From staff in store Alton to delivery men sorry did not get their names
Carried beds up to rooms required- removed outside footwear without being asked.
Pleasant and Polite

From the showroom to the delivery. I am very impressed and it’s been a great experience. I will honestly say that in a world bad service, you have been refreshing.

Overall, great experience. After 3 years our mattress developed a fault and the Benson’s for bed team promptly helped us by confirming the fault and exchanging our mattress according with their 10 year warranty promise. Very relieved and pleased with the service.

A great experience from start to finish no pushy salespeople and kept up to date on delivery details and the delivery team were brilliant 🤩

The staff were very helpful

Very good experience and helpful

The sales assistant was friendly helpful gave me great advice , helped me choose the right mattress.

The service in the store through to delivery and construction was fantastic!

We visited the Croydon store on 21st March 2026 with our order details from 10 years ago hoping to buy the exact same mattress again. When we showed Shravan the paperwork, not only did he know exactly what mattress we wanted, it turned out Shravan was also our sales advisor all those years ago! He is brilliant, super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank You Shravan. The delivery process was also faultless as the mattress arrived, as scheduled, on 29th April 2026 and the delivery guys were great.

Linda at the Croydon store provided fantastic customer service.
I highly recommend Benson beds.

Shravan was so knowledgeable and helpful. I really felt valued and listened to. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend. I love my bed !

Shravan from Croydon Store was excellent with his guidance, explainations, communications from order booking to the final delivery of mattresses. Overall really impressed and satisfied with Bensons for Beds experience.

Great experience in store along with delivery where regular updates were provided.

We made our purchase at the Croydon Purley Way branch, we were served by Ian who was really polite and very helpful, we told him what we were looking for and he showed us all the options regarding bed frames, divans and mattress options and colour and fabric options too, which made our choice much easier, thank you Ian for your time and patience.

Excellent service and fantastic beds. The delivery was smooth and there was no surprises. I would use Benson for Bed anytime again.

The quality for bensons wardrobe is very good but they are unable to deal with issues that arise. The fitter damaged one of the panels when installing and I’ve waiting over 2 months for the supplier to sort it out. Despite several calls and emails to Bensons no progress has been made. Bensons keep asking the same questions and now stalling tactics as the supplier is not responding. Will have to raise a formal complaint
