Very helpful and friendly staff in store. The two lads that delivered beds and put them together were very respectful, and slipped their shoes off, as to not dirty our new carpet. Thanks lads 5/5

From the moment we entered our local store to the delivery of our new mattress we could not fault Bensons for Beds.
Excellent and knowledgeable store staff member who was both courteous and kind to the delivery personnel. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely buy from them again.

Friendly informative sales staff. Useful advice on mattress and pillows needs. A great range of options to choose from. Found our perfect bed.

From initial visit to Bensons in Coventry, the bed try and select process, the pre delivery information updates and the delivery and removal of old mattress, I have to say it was about as good a retail experience as we have ever had. Our salesman Manrai was new to the business, but he was extremely helpful and was willing and able to get help from his colleagues, if required. Have to say we engaged with all the team while in the shop and they were all very helpful and friendly. Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Other retailers could learn a few things, if they copied and met Bensons very high customer service standards.

From the minute we entered the store staff were helpful , not pushy , we would definitely recommend + use your services again . Thank you for your service .

Great customer service. Very helpful in the shop and the delivery men couldn’t do enough on one of the hottest days this year. Very friendly and hardworking.

I would like to leave a special thank you to Natalie at Benson for Beds Coventry, for her outstanding customer service.

Over the course of around six months, Natalie supported me through what turned out to be a much longer decision-making process than I had originally anticipated. During that time, I had countless questions, explored different options, and needed reassurance on various aspects of my purchase. Natalie was consistently patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout.

What stood out most was her friendly and approachable manner. No question ever seemed too much trouble, and she always took the time to provide clear, honest advice without making me feel pressured. Her knowledge, reliability, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience far less stressful and gave me confidence in my decisions.

In an age where great customer service can be difficult to find, Natalie truly went above and beyond. She is a credit to Benson for Beds and played a huge part in making my experience such a positive one.

Thank you, Natalie, for your patience, professionalism, and exceptional support. It has been greatly appreciated, and I would not hesitate to recommend Benson for Beds based on the service I received from you.

Very polite

My husband and I had spent a lot of time thinking about which type of mattress we needed and a lot of time looking for the right one for us. From the minute we walked into Bensons for Beds in Coventry, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. We explained what we were looking for and were guided to mattresses that would suit our needs. We were encouraged to try out each mattress and advised on its pros and cons until we found exactly the one for us. We were able to choose a convenient delivery date and were kept updated of a time slot a couple of days before delivery. The mattress is soooo comfortable to sleep on and is everything we had hoped it would be. Great value for money, very comfortable and great customer service. We would definitely recommend.
