Better I need to go for online next time.

Great range to choose from. Sales staff did not pester shoppers. However, when asked a question they were very knowledgeable.

Top of the range Benson mattress with dips
We brought an expensive Benson divan and firm king mattress set. After 24 months the topper attached to the mattress had dipped both sides. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. I contacted HO and they sent a technician. So of course Bensons said it was ok, as it was they would expect. When I bought this top of their range mattress I was told that this firm mattress would not dip in the future. We now have to go to the ombudsman as we have been miss sold this product.

Excellent service and help!
Arrived in store and wanted two replacement mattresses, a double and a king size. Got excellent customer service from a very helpful man, who advised on the mattresses we choose and replacement pillows. We were in and out in no time, thanks to the support.
