Timely and courteous
Was able to reschedule our delivery date after our completion date moved. Delivery came within the specified time window, and called us when they were 30 mins out. Carried it upstairs to our bedroom and wore shoe covers too which I appreciated.

Exceptional experience!!!
Every experience we had right from the point of sale to delivery of the bed has been wonderful. We are a repeat customer. Staff in the Colindale store were great in helping us choose the bed and mattress. The process was handled very smoothly. Special mention to the delivery team James and Kay. Assembled our bed properly and took the leftover packaging. Great work team. Our bed is very comfy to sleep in.

The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time, gave me perfect visibility as to where the guys were and then they delivered with no damage with good humour under this crazy heat. Couldn't ask for more really.

I like the delivery guys but the…great guys with good efforts. They did well.
I like the delivery guys but the salesman wanted to rip my off my money to get rid of the old bed. He charged me £160 to get rid of it while I could do it for no cost at all in my local recycling depot.
Thank God I didn't agree to his decision.

Great service.
Member of staff that helped me in the Colindale branch (David) was very friendly, understood what I was looking for (back support) and guided me to the right mattress I needed, and provided guidance on maintenence. And the delivery guys James and Kay were super efficient; took the heavy mattress upstairs into the bedroom and placed it on the bed, took the packaging away, friendly and provided guidance on maintaining the mattress. Great service all round!
