Virtually threw the bed into the house, l was told it would at least be taken upto my first floor bedroom, at 86 l really struggled to get it up my stairs and assembled but got it there eventually, good quality bed.

The salesman Jim at Castleford was informative but not pushy. We were able to take our time in trying the mattresses, narrowing down our preferences. We must have been about 90 minutes trying then spending a good amount of time on the one we chose to make sure it was right. We never felt rushed or pressured or we would have left. We purchased a lovely mattress which has made a big difference to my sleep. Thank you x
