Bensons For Beds - Carlisle Anmeldelser

Reece was great, very helpful - try the bed machine that tells you where you need the support and what type of mattress you prefer - its great. Reece helped me find the mattress most suited and was very patient and informative.

Excellent customer service Lisa was amazing knew listened to our needs and explained each mattress advantages

The guy who served us was amazing—great people skills and helped us find excellent deals. We ended up spending less than we expected! There should be more employees like him.

However, my experience quickly changed when I went to pick up one of the TV beds. A lady opened the back gate, and I mentioned that her colleague had told me he would assist in loading the items onto my SUV’s roof rack. Her response was, "This is why we tell people to come with two people. He’s busy with a customer."

I was shocked. Before I paid, everyone was polite, but after, I was treated completely differently. I was left waiting at the back door for over 30 minutes. When I finally went inside, I saw her sitting at the desk, laughing with another employee. In the end, I had to load everything myself, using a bin as a ladder.

Because of that one person’s attitude, I will never spend another penny at this branch. Instead, I took my £4,000 and purchased a bed from Dreams. Customer service matters, and I definitely won’t be recommending this store to anyone

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and no sales pressure.

Very helpful staff and good knowledge about the items we were looking for

The mattress was damp at the bottom.

Karl was very helpful with the whole experience without being intrusive. I decided on a firm mattress and he showed us a selection and left us to try each one and discuss them. He took my order and everything was sorted very quickly. A painless experience! Thank you Karl.

Lisa, staff member in the shop was fantastic and very knowledgable on the beds and mattresses, never tried to over sell just came across as very genuine

Karl at the Carlisle branch was very informative and pleasant ,and not in your face trying a hard sell, Karl explained all about the specifications, and was best to try all the mattresses before deciding, then left us to it, I am so pleased as we went in for a medium and came out with a firm IGel mattress really comfortable .

We called into the Carlise shop, whilst saying in Carlise for the weekend. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful, not pushy at all.
They impressed that much that we went back into the Carlise branch on Sunday and purchased a new bed even though our local branch was in York.

Store was easily accessable, staff were excellent.

Friendly , helpful ,

Very helpful assistant in store, Lisa.

Very helpful when buying the bed and informative about the delivery process and options. Lovely staff

Excellent customer service and choice of products.

Very easy to deal with in the Carlisle branch, staff very knowledgeable and friendly, all made for an easy purchase. Looking forward to a good night's sleep and the rest 👌.

The gentleman who dealt with us was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable, but he did not try to out any pressure on us at all. He explained the pros and cons of various bed we looked at and gave us an extremely good deal on the one we chose. The bed will be delivered and assembled for us and the old one taken away for recycling. What better service could anybody want?

The mattress we purchased was clearly not a firm mattress, we both "fell" into the middle. The "independent" examiner was not independent. The tests were useless.
It was resolved but we had hassle and were out of pocket for something we felt not fit for purpose.
We will not use Bensons again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kept updated and on time
