Brilliant effortless experience from start to finish. No ‘hard sell, just professional efficient customer service from Ryan. We were directed through the store to areas we may be interested in. All questions were fully answered. Clearly staff are highly trained by the company which ensures very high customer satisfaction. Ryan is a great ambassador for the company. We have already recommended Bensons to others.

Having not used your company before I…
Having not used your company before I was impressed with the quality of the layout and goods of the store itself. I was looking for a trundle bed which I saw on the internet. However, on the internet it looked like the mattresses were included but was soon told that was not the case in the shop. Lisa, who saw to us was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for the mattresses to choose as this was a guest facility and not in use everyday. The only downside was the delivery date of 17th April as I was hoping for the 1st if not before when the guests were arriving.

After ordering a split adjustable super…
After ordering a split adjustable super king bed and mattress's. We waited nearly 2 months for delivery. When it came we were told that it wouldn’t fit upstairs. They did give it a try but put the bed back in the van. When we bought the set we were given a measurement guide. Then were told we wouldn’t need it as they would be 2 single beds joined together. We had paid a deposit and have had to pay 20% of the total amount to get it back. We offered to buy the 2 mattresses but were told they would cost us £1200. This didn’t seem fair not only because the whole set was to cost £1800 but the mattresses were on sale cheaper in store
