Good service from Bensons
Glen and Paul were very courteous and respectful of our property. We were given a call first thing confirming approximate delivery time and then a call 10 minutes prior to delivery. This is the second time I have used Bensons for Beds and would definitely recommend them

Pillows
We bought 2 pillows at £75 each , unfortunately one was a back sleeper and we wanted a side sleeper. Went to return it today and it was refused stating due to hygiene purposes. Very annoyed at loosing £75 ! It had been tested in store but was given the wrong one .

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience Julie. I completely understand how frustrating it must feel to be left out of pocket after being given the wrong pillow type in store, especially when you only realised once you got home.
While our pillow returns policy is in place for hygiene reasons, we will feed this back internally to see what we can do to change this.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention,
Megan at Customer Care

Please don't ever close your stores . We always buy our mattress from Benson's as the customer service is always excellent and you cannot get an idea of a mattress online, you need to see and try it first.
