Kept in the loop with reminders regarding delivery. Only downside was it was late arriving by 45 minutes. However the delivery guys were polite and cheerful.

Joe and Gina where both very knowledgable, ensured we got the best out of our visit, ensuring that we tested the right mattress for us and the bed and included any deals that where on offer. Gina helped us with our finance options and able to help us pick what best suited us.

Only went in for a mattress!
Had an idea of what we wanted but the advice we received was very helpful.
Joe was very polite and gave us plenty of options on our choices.
Nothing was too much trouble and was no pressure to hurry in deciding or to purchase.
Overall, a great service and couldn't have asked for better service.

Great choice, right price and excellent service
Thank goodness there are shops around that still have assistants that don’t follow you round the store taking every opportunity to ‘secure’ a sale! The young lady that served us was attentive and knowledgeable and allowed us the time to try the different mattresses on offer without ‘forcing us to choose which he most expensive. Her suggestions were to excellent and we picked a very comfy hybrid mattress. Only negative is the cost of delivery £49 and the 2+ weeks delivery date!

Excellent customer service.
We were approached by your sales assistant Gina very shortly after we entered the store. She was cheerful and listened to and understood our requirements. We were not after a high end purchase and, at no time, did Gina attempt to sell above our budget. She demonstrated both bed and mattress within our budget and certainly gave us a very good 'deal'. We felt no requirement to look elsewhere and made immediate purchase. Her efficiency and explanation of delivery options was excellent. Thank you Gina.

Commendable Staff
I wanted advise on current mattresses, no intention of buying, just needed info spur of the moment. Walked into your store after a terrible experience with your competitor, very close to you!. On entering a member of staff, busy at his desk, addressed me, stopped working and came over to me. Then began the best customer care experience. I was treated like a real person, discussed my sleeping habits and requirements, after which I was conducted to many beds, given the opportunity to try each one. The sales man "Joe" was incredibly knowledgeable as to all aspects of each product. His attitude consideration that my choice would be the best for me. In short, no pressure and yet so caring, my trust was such that I bought there and then. Now I had to get home and make arrangements to receive this large and expensive unexpected purchase. Joe, thank you so much, you are a credit to yourself and your employer. Best wishes, Bill.

Bensons know their beds
Having went round many bed manufacturers. I would say Bensons the most knowledgeable. Gary in particular at your Bromborough branch listened to my back concerns and was patient and understanding. I have ordered the Igel 3000 pocket bed and storage much needed opted for the matching ottoman and headboard. Choice of colours great and material options. Delivery in three weeks wish was sooner but happy to wait for the correct bed for my back. I would recommend Bensons and Gary who has over 30 years of knowledge with beds. Thank you Bensons. Bed choice and knowledge is important and Gary knows his stuff.
