Spencer at the Brislington store was friendly and helpful throughout. I would return just on his service alone. Thank you!

We went in just to look at mattresses , we were greeted by a lovely female member of staff who offered help but was not at all pushy and left us to try the mattresses in our own time.
She answered our questions and the whole process of buying was made very easy.

The experience was perfect. Sales assistant helpful polite and knowledgeable . I would thoroughly recommend Bensons.

Staff in store were really helpful and informative. Ordering process was simple and delivery was much faster than we expected. Delivery was fantastic - thanks to the two chaps who had to carry a king mattress quite a way because they couldn't get the truck along our narrow lane. They were still super cheerful and happy to take it upstairs for us. Great service all round!

Julie was full of information and really explained all the different mattresses to us.
