Brilliant experience in store
Brilliant experience in store, your colleague Iqbal in the Brighton store was very friendly and he provided great advice. I went back for a price match deal and the gentleman that took care of me then too was great.
Delivery easy and the mattress is just like in store, I went for the Igel nano 2500. Love it. Great value and easy process.

Really good customer service ,Ryan was helpful not pushy ,knew about the products he was selling and answered all our questions a really refreshing experience. The contact by email about delivery time was superb , delivery guys rang when they were near, were also friendly . Would totally recommend buying great quality beds and furniture from Bensons.

The pleasure of meeting Iqbal
I finally decided that I have had enough of waking up with backache,so me and my daughter visited our local Bensons For Beds.
On entering we were greeted by Iqbal.He asked if he could help,and I explained that I was after a new mattress.He proceeded to show us the range and gave us time to consider the numerous options.
Having chosen an extra firm one he settled in to the painless process of the paper work.I even bought a new bed for my grandaughter.
Iqbal was a pleasure to deal with,and a credit to the company.

The staff at Bensons in Brighton were amazing and a credit to the store. We came in for a bed for me, but ended up with a bed and frame for my mum. They were fun, knowledgeable and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble.

Great mattress, great customer service
I’ve had a great experience getting a bed from Bensons in Brighton. The store manager Ryan was incredibly helpful. He gave me plenty of time and space to think through different options and helped me find the best deal. I usually prefer to buy things online, but in this case it was really useful to have a person who could help me set up the delivery and with setting up the financing. I initially got the Staples superking extra firm mattress, but after trying to adjust to the new mattress it became clear it’s too firm. Ryan was excellent in helping me exchange the mattress to a firm. I am really glad I had his support. Without him it would have been a very stressful ordeal to organise everything.
The mattress itself is great. I’ve had it for 2 weeks now. I used to wake up many times each night because my muscles and joints would get sore. I used to also wake up very easily if my partner got out of bed. Now since I have the new mattress I sleep through the night without waking up. This has impacted my wellbeing so much it was definitely worth the investment.
For reference in the past I had a double Emma mattress. It was ok when I was sleeping on my own, a bit soft for my taste, but it wore down really quickly and started dipping when I started sleeping with a partner.
