The sales assistant was knowledgeable, easy to speak to and very pleasant and helpful.

Very experienced sales person namely Chloe and Simon who helped us choose the Mattress and ottoman bed with headboard.

We will be back soon for the simple reason good company and top team of staff

We weren’t sure what we really wanted.they didn’t pounce on us straight away we had a look what they had and prices. Simon came explained about certain beds we were looking at he was very helpful he made us at ease

I bought a mattress 2 years ago. After the first few months the mattress had dipped on both sides where we sleep. This is causing me server back pain. Called customer services and finally they sent a bed engineer out. The engineer said the bed needs to be dipped 5cm for it to be deemed faulty. The bed was dipped 4cm. He said becuase of that nothing can be done! I have had no contact from customer services regarding the outcome of the engineer or what they will do about this. Dont buy from this place. Take you money but can't be bothered resolving issues at a later date. Your 8/9 year mattress warranty doesn't mean a thing!

No pressure from sales staff, helpful when asked questions and when we wanted to purchase the bed we had decided upon, it was straight forward.
