Bensons For Beds - Bolton Middlebrook Anmeldelser

Good support in the show room. And amazing team who delivered and put together

Friendly team, took care to protect my property. Fast efficient assembly. New bed looks great.

Phil was an excellent salesman - not pushy at all. Explained what the cost involved, delivery costs etc and the only reason I haven't ordered yet is because I am undecided which frame to go for!

Quote came over as promised within minutes

We were helped by two employees who were both super helpful and gave us lots of time to decide which bed was for us. Lots of useful advice. We even went back and dealt with the same person who helped us get a great deal on a mattress too. Top customer service.

Quality product.
Good customer service.
Quick delivery.

From start to finish everything has been great. Phil at bensons for beds at middlebrook couldnt do enough for us. Very knowledgeable. One thing i hate is when sales people constantly follow you around and make you feel pressured. I didnt get this here, i got honsst information and was left to browse in my own time and whenwver i needed assistance he was there to help. When it came to the delivery they made every effort to make it as smooth as possible....first stop bang on time. However the tracking app still said they was at the depot when they was outside my home so id just go with when they call you. Very friendly and made sure they took all the rubbish away. Would recommend.

The in store experience was great, having just come from a competitor. Really practical and useful advice. Didn't feel like I was being sold to. We learned a lot, bought on the day thanks to a great deal. The delivery service was great too.

Craig was amazing from start to finish. Unbelievably accommodating and very knowledgeable on all products in store.

Great service from start to finish , very please with all aspects , brilliant thank you

We went to Bensons for Beds and had lengthy advise on what product would be best for us. Ordering and delivery was easy and straight forward and on time. Still getting used to the new mattress but only had less than a week. Thanks again for all the help.

Visited the store at horwich to purchase a bed, Sara was extremely helpful and helped us choose the right one for us. We then went back to purchase a set of drawers and wardrobes which we had also discussed with her. Visited a third time to purchase more wardrobes but as Sara wasn’t in saw Hawa who was also very helpful I then decided to add some extra drawers on and did this over the phone. Excellent customer service!

Great service from shop to delivery and building bed!

Brilliant customer service, felt listened to and not rushed or pushed into something we weren’t ready for

Great service. Well organised delivery. Made the whole process of purchasing a bed very easy.

Ben the sales rep provided an outstanding service. We had been to 2 other suppliers, nothing matched this. Listened to us then provided several options. Ben from Bensons was the man!

Phil was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products and very patient whilst we measured everything. We had a very good experience and left happy with our purchase!

We were out at the retail park looking to buy a new mattress, we visited several stores that didn’t really seem interested in selling just a mattress, one store asked what we were looking for then showed us something different than what we had said! When we entered Bensons it was really busy but a salesperson took time to ask us if we were ok and asked what we were looking for, he pointed us in the right direction and also said to grab a couple of pillows and take our time and try them out. He was dealing with a customer but checked on us and offered advice and reassured us that he would be with us shortly. We tried the mattresses and found one that we liked, he came over and asked us to try a couple of different ones to make sure, which were cheaper! We stuck to the one we had chosen and then the salesman helped us complete our purchase and added some extras for being patient. Ben was our salesman at Horwich and he was excellent.

Visited yesterday and purchased a bed and mattress. Was served by Hawa, who was excellent. Hawa explained everything, was thorough and gave us excellent advice.
All in all a good experience , thank you.
