Wonderful customer service from the Blackpool Store
We purchased a superking bed from the Blackpool store and received excellent customer service from Gemma. From the moment Gemma introduced herself, we felt completely at ease, and she worked so hard in identifying the correct mattress and bed for my husband and I who suffer with back problems. We were absolutely delighted with Gemma’s knowledge and advice and cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend you ask for Gemma when purchasing a bed at the Blackpool Store.

Originally the order had been priced…
Originally the order had been priced wrong we have to return to the store for the corrected paper work and £20 refund. The bed has been delivered but the collection was not put on the corrected order. Therefore, I have not received the service I requested and believed that I had paid for. Very disappointing overall. I have tried to contact Blackpool Bensons for Beds. However, they will not answer the phone.

The store was bright , well layed out and a vast range to choose from.
Kevin introduced himself and left us to explore. We caught up with Kevin later .He explained bases, beds matrasses , colours , insurance and costs in a friendly manner .We where amazed by his knowledge.
