Bensons For Beds - Bilston Road Anmeldelser

Great service and price from this place, jean went heaven and earth to find me the ideal mattress for the budget I was willing to pay.
This lady deserves a raise,no hard sell like some places and didn't try to sell me anything out of budget.
The mattress is very comfortable and so are the pillows I bought too.
Thanks again.

Our experience with Benson's was that the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took her time to advise us on the product so we could make a decision on what bed to purchase.
Also was able to sort out delivery schedule as we didn't require delivery straight away. We would recommend this company.

Great mattress at a great price. Excellent service and very friendly, professional staff.

Friendly sales assistant not too pushy, very knowledgeable of product.

Lisa from Bilston Road branch was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, she helped and guided us to choose the right mattress for us, a very good experience.

The assistant, Jean was so lovely, friendly, patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very knowledgeable about the products.

I'm a new wheelchair user and it was my 1st journey out. Was very nervous, but my hubby was able to manoeuvre me around the store with ease. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Great service, thorough and quick

From ordering to delivery outstanding customer service

The staff that attended to me took her time to answer all my questions and provided valuable recommendations that helped me decide on the products I wanted.

My partner and I had a great experience in benson for beds!!! I’m a wheelchair user so had to take my time trying different mattresses, the lady who helped us was absolutely lovely such a nice kind considerate person, we didn’t feel rushed she offered great advice and listened to to us, we would definitely recommend and return in the future

Thé sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried the mattresses in the shop but bought on line as they gave good discounts. Pity the shop didn’t match the on-line offers? (Up to 13% off)

btw… the website said my West Midlands postcode was in Northern Ireland and couldn’t deliver there.

Was told delivery would be up to 3 weeks and it came after 10 days.

Website could promote more the offer the recycle your old mattresses.

We were received with courtesy and left to peruse without pressure until we asked for advise. We went with ideas of what was required and that was what we finally decided on except for a more suitable mattress for the ultimate user. Delivery date has been made flexible due to the recipient moving house and the date is currently unsure. It was our second purchase as a result of the courtesy at the first visit. Highly recommended by all concerned with the purchase. Thank you all.

A nice place with great staff

Took my family there to shop for a wardrobe but ended up buying two! Phil was amazing. He helped us to submit our orders in a cost effective way to make a substantial savings.

Excellent knowledge and understanding from your staff member
Nothing was too much trouble for her
No pressure at all just knew when to be there for help and advise

The sales person was knowledgeable about the beds and help us very much.
