Excellent all round!
Tom (Basingstoke store) had such excellent product knowledge. He took his time to talk us through the options and was highly professional.
We had just been to a competitor of yours (Dreams) and we felt the service we received at BfB was far superior and as a result we ended up buying a bed! We are also in the market for a new mattress and it is likely we will be returning to BfB for this too as we were so impressed!

Mattress smelling bad
We had a Mattress delivered 4 weeks ago. When removed from packaging there was a terrible smell. After contacting sales store we were told to open all windows which we did, still smelling now and unable to use it. At 80 plus years old its not very convenient to have windows open this time of year.

Helpful staff
The staff (Lucy) were approachable, helpful, friendly & helped bed shopping easy. They answered all our questions and helped us know options available. The beds seemed well made and the selection of headboards & colours was diverse.

Amazing team
Maria in store was amazing very helpful and informative. On 1st feb
Gary and Warren our delivery guys on 14th feb were fantastic putting the bed together and telling us how to use it and turn the mattress round without hurting ourselves.

Great service
Stuart was a great help - knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of what bed and mattress is right for us. No pressure felt to buy, just lots of good information and a relaxed atmosphere. Nice and tidy store, well presented and huge range of products to test out to ensure confidence.

Poor service took a deposit for over £2000 worth of furniture gave us a delivery date and to pay the balance 5 days before delivery. Upon going to pay the balance then told it would be 5 weeks as the order isn’t generated until it’s paid in full!
Stuart the store manager advised this and then categorically denied anything. Now trying to cancel without losing 20% of our money through no fault of our own.

Very friendly and informative team..But.
Very friendly and informative team. But a warning....the car park isn't free so don't be getting a fine of £100 for parking! Turned out to be much more expensive than I thought! Not happy now! 😔
Not helpful at all, you should mention to your customers that your section of the car park is different to the rest.

Communication from beginning to end was exemplary. We were given a 2-hour delivery window and the name of a person to contact in the interim for any issues. Great communication of delivery timeslot.Very helpful and friendly delivery people.
