Bensons For Beds - Basildon Anmeldelser

Very helpful, look forward to getting our new mattress and hopefully a decent nights sleep.

Helen at Basildon branch was very helpful and was a little worried about delivery but Lee and his helper were very professional and friendly.

Great service and advice.
Listened to what we were looking for and guided us to the most suitable products. No hard sell!

Great service from start to finish and very happy with my new bed.

When deciding to look for a new mattress we went to Benson Beds where we were shown all different types of mattresses the staff member Sheela was most informative professional with out being pushy she really was most helpful and knowledgeable about the products , I certainly recommend this Basildon store especially this salesperson .

Great service all round

Brilliant from shop to home
Very professional in store as well as in my home

The sales person was very helpful. She listened to what we needed. We were able to ‘try’ various beds and her explanations and advice were most useful. There were lots of beds, mattresses and headboards to choose from. We were given as much time as we needed to decide which bed and mattress to buy.

Great customer service. We felt we were not pushed into buying we didn’t want. Would highly recommend

Great service from start to finish

Delivery drivers Andy and James were professional and helpful

Rachel at Basildon retail park was very helpful and knowledgeable. There is VERY POOR WIFI connection for customers, this is not the first time this has happened whilst visiting this store. Whilst there, the store lost a sale as another customer could not connect to a WiFi to make payment.

Very good customer service from Helen at Mayflower, Basildon. She was really helpful and patient. I havent had delivery yet but hopefully that will all go smoothly.

We looked up options for wardrobe online then went to store to have a look , ordered them then and there and staff were more than helpful . Third time we have used Bensons . Good quality furniture be it bed mattress or wardrobes . We had them built by them as well and they were built quickly and efficiently with no mess . Well worth having them build them in the room .

Helpful service in store. Allowed plenty of time to browse & decide without any pressure.
Delivery was very good, arrived on time & we were kept informed on the day by text & then a call from the driver.
Paid for recycling of old mattress which was removed & bagged to go on the lorry
Very happy with mattress & all round service

Excellent customer service in store and afterwards. A knowledgeable sales assistant helped us navigate the store and very wide choice to find the best bed for us.

When looking for a suitable bed for both myself and my husband your staff member for very helpful, knowledgeable and took time to explain things thoroughly and was very patient. Deliver was when expected and on time and the drivers were friendly , organised and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better . Thank you for everything.

The staff , especially Sheela , were exceptional. Gave us a quote, and time to make up our minds , and even let us know when the items we wanted went on offer .
All round good service

We knew what we wanted as had seen in store. And ordered on line in a flash sale
