We bought our first King Size from Bensons in 2014. It was time to change. We had no doubts about buying again from Bensons.
The staff at the Barnsley branch were relaxed and let us make our own decision, but with expert guidance based on their experiences and knowledge.
The delivery experience was again very good. The two guys who delivered and assembled the new bed were very helpful, tidy and left no packaging or mess. Overall a great experience.

Double & Single bed purchase
The sales lady wasn't pushy. She gave us time to look around but kept popping back to see if we were okay and had any questions. She helped answer our questions, was patient with my son running around and trying every bed and explained the breakdown of each item we were looking to buy. The prices were reasonable, and better with the 20% discount. She explained the delivery process and all options available. I would definitely go back and buy a bed from this store again.

Everyone was very friendly
Everyone was very friendly, and down to earth. Carol the wonderful lady who served me was knowledgeable and helpful. I explained to Carol what I needed, tried out a couple of mattresses and decided to buy. Well it was a no brainer when there's IFC .

The Barnsley Staff - BRILLIANT!!
The Barnsley staff - Salesperson Angie & Manager Carol were absolutely amazing … we ‘bought them’ before we bought our bed. Angie was so knowledgable, patient and professional. She listened to us & gave such a personalised professional service that is so often lacking these days when people ‘sell to a script’. The level of face to face interaction was exceptional & when Carol became involved as Manager her decisiveness & common-sense in her convictions to make decisions which were right for customer & company was a breath of fresh air. We could have shopped around further … but the level of service & the quality of product & value meant the deal was done there & then .. & we will definitely be recommending these 2 exceptional ladies to our family & friends. Over all it was good
Over all it was good. Staff were helpful and there were messages of progress. Delivery men were nice and polite. They put the bed where I wanted.
My only issue was the packaging was filthy. Not just a little dusty but I ran my hand on it and it was black.
This new bed was light coloured and the packaging was left on a brand new cream carpet

The staff were fantastic delivery brilliant. The bed is lovely however the wardrobes are not worth the money.
We have spent a lot of money and not happy with the wardrobe, the glass on the wardrobe doors is flimsy I would hate to think this is in a childs room. Need to do better
