Helpful but not pushy sales person in store. Order process was easy with good communication prior to delivery. The delivery guys were polite and efficient. I assembled the bed as I was decorating the bedroom, went together easily, very happy with new bed.

Our experience was excellent. From visiting the showroom, the ordering process through to delivery. Everybody involved was a pleasure to deal with.

Luke, the amazing salesman guided us, with his comprehensive knowledge about all mattresses on sale, into making the right choice, in selecting the mattress that was suitable for us. He gave us information about the mattress that we were interested in, left us for a while to discuss and try out various mattresses, guided us to a different brands within the store, gave us the relevant information about the brand, and then left us for a while to try out the different mattresses. Luke gave his time and patience, always polite,never forceful, and highly professional. I thoroughly recommend Bensons for beds, for their excellent service

We got helpful, knowledgeable but not overbearing attention in store. On purchase we immediately received our delivery date. Within days we got a 2 hour delivery slot, which remained the same and did not get changed or 'bumped'!
Delivery team were great and phoned the day before and before arrival. They turned up promptly 5 minutes into their expected delivery slot, put the mattress in the room. We immediately thought the mattress looked and felt great quality and my daughter is thrilled with it.

We recently bought a new bed and wardrobe and had a great experience from start to finish. Bryan was extremely helpful and friendly in the Aylesbury store, making the whole process easy and stress-free.

We went into Bensons for Beds in Aylesbury to have a look, with an eye to buying a new bed if one was good enough. Luke, the manager, from the start was excellent, informative without being pushy. We purchased the bed, which was in no small part down to Luke and his attention to detail and overall customer service. The bed was delivered yesterday, just less than 4 weeks from the order. The overall communication and delivery has been top drawer as well. Emails, texts and phone calls to inform us when the delivery guys would be coming. Charles and his colleague (couldn’t get his name from the card that was left as it has smudged) were lovely, they took out our old bed and put together our new bed with minimum fuss. They were tidy, professional, friendly and courteous. Overall brilliant service and very very happy with our purchase

We came in to gather details on mattresses to then hit the internet but decided to buy bed and mattress there and then. I would recommend visiting the store to find the right mattress firmness and construction for you and your partner.

Really friendly and helpful service, no pressure. A great range of beds and no limitations with trying them out. I am sleeping better already.

Either 31/3 or 1/4 2026. Went into Aylesbury store to browse - I was joined by Ashley who asked if he could help - I told him I was after a 5' storage divan with headboard - no mattress - plus another 5' headboard. I then walked round the showroom, again joined by Ashley. I decided on what I wanted but said I would call later in the week to make the order. Called in later in week to order my requirements. Said again to Ashley, what I wanted, he carried a mobile tablet to make notes of what I wanted. I ordered divan base with storage, plus 2 headboards. Ashley told me what was on the tablet, but did not show it to me. Items were added up and 25% deducted. (or so I though, still not having seen tablet) I paid by card and left. Received email confirmation a couple of days later - guess what? No second headboard on invoice. I will have this rectified with James at Customer Service. With whom I spoke several weeks ago.
