Bensons For Beds - Andover Anmeldelser

Visited Dalton Park bensons for beds on the 23rd of June where I was advised by Sharon on double beds she showed me the matt climate air mem 6000 and different headboards tried another bed but decided on the above she was very pleasant and experienced and the transaction was carried out in no time very glad I purchased my bed there having had experience with bensons years before

Friendly staff. Lots of choices. Plenty of parking.

I popped in to the store just to see what was available, after browsing for a while a member of staff approached asking if I needed any help, I had my daughter's with me and she was just as hospitable to the girls as she was with me. This instantly relaxed me and allowed me to decide on what kind of bed I needed. She helped me with the different styles, how the mattresses come in different levels of firmness etc. The whole time I was in there, any costs were always explained and justified, I never felt she was just trying to get as much out of me as possible. Im also terrible at understanding colour themes in rooms so she assisted me in choosing a good colour for the bed.

I'm incredibly grateful for the time and support I received in store, thank you.

Sales person who was on yesterday was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed.

Wonderful sales staff. Tara in the Andover branch was friendly and very well-informed. Above all, she was not at all pushy, and left my wife and I alone to make a decision on what to buy.
The expected speed of delivery of a tailored product is also very impressive.
Great service.

We dealt with Tara in the Andover store. She was not pushy at all, was happy & smiley and knew her stuff & answered all our questions, giving us different options etc which ended up in her getting a sale. We would highly recommend Tara at the Andover store.

I knew what I wanted and Tara explained everything very clearly.
As I don’t like shopping the experience was painless,

Very helful staff in the shop and the delivery was easy. The bed is super and was not difficult toput together.

Helpful, kind, courteous staff

Very, very helpful.
No problems.

Just a simple call to Benson's and I was able to order the exact bed I wanted, and no hassle about taking my old mattress away. Excellent service !!!

Excellent and knowledgeable young lady who showed me around.and answered all my questions.
Delivery went smoothly on the day agreed.

I've had a bad back ever since I've had the bed not very happy

Plenty of beds to inspect and the sales lady, Tara, was very knowledgeable on all of them, she also helped us with good advice so we got exactly what we wanted. Excellent customer service!

Popped in to our local store to mainly get a rough idea of what bed frame and mattress style was in our budget. After speaking with two very knowledgeable, but more importantly polite and friendly staff, we purchased exactly what we needed on the day. Delivery date is also much faster than other suppliers on the high steet.

It was a full service visit, no time limit to go through every detail as required, full mark to the staff member who served me.

The sales person was okay.
I feel we were brought into the shop after watching the tv ad stating 50% off. When we got there, there were only 3 lower grade beds on offer.
The mattress we purchased had no offer at all not even 10%. I wouldn’t of purchased but my wife insisted. Disappointing!!!
