Best price I could find (by a mile!) on an offset quadrant shower enclosure and quick delivery too. I’d definetly recommend them.

A problem sorted
We needed the toilet quickly and Bella Bathrooms arranged a special delivery for us which worked with no problems. They were polite and sympathetic and went the extra mile. Great result!

Item was not described properly
Item was not described properly. The waste hole on the bath was a slot rather than a circle. Bit the pictures of the bath and the diagram incorrectly showed a circular rather than a slotted waste.

I'm sorry you're not happy with your purchase. The diagram that is on our website clearly shows a slotted waste. After asking the team about this situation, it seems that the bath would not be suitable for what you wanted, regardless of the shape of the overflow. We would have been able to advise you if we'd been asked prior to dispatch - or your fitter could have let you know.
If you would like to return it for a refund, you have until the 4th of May to get it back to us.

Excellent service and value
Joanne was so friendly when we met her at the showroom in Bowburn. She helped us choose everything we needed for our new bathroom. The whole experience was excellent from the choosing of larger items to advice on the small things like the tap. The prices were very reasonable, great value for money. Communication was great right through to the delivery day. I cannot praise this company enough. Would highly recommend. We now have a beautiful stylish bathroom that was a fraction of the cost quoted by other companies.
