Belier Anmeldelser

I've made an order in the past weeks. It has taken a long time with some hardships from the support team to help me but finally I've received it.
Some of the items were of very poor quality, and I'd like to return them.

However, when I try to go for an international return through your website, I'm being quoted 40-50€ to send back my items.
How is this possible?? Essentially charging about 50% of the value of the items just in return shipping.

I don't think I'll deal again with the brand if they don't fix this

Julie was amazing. She provided me with great customer service. She was helpful and responded to me very fast. I like Beliers clothes and I have been shopping there ever since I came across the brand. Thank you.

No customer service at all avoid like the plague, once youve got it youre stuck with it, missing items they dont care
Theyre just ad scalers

If it had a zero * I would defo give!!
This company sent me the wrong size and getting a returns is almost impossible.
I would urge anyone thinking of buying from this site to steer well clear!!

I had an issue with delivery of an item, and it was sent back to the sender. I contacted Belier to ask if they could re send it to another adress and even asked to change the item. They were very responsive and helpful

I recently came to wrap my husbands Christmas present and noticed a small imperfection on the item. I emailed belier hoping for a replacement, although I had ordered the item a few months ago. Julie has been amazing and sorted me out with a replacement, no issues at all. She has been really helpful and kind. Thank you so much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
Took my money 3 times and their returns didn’t work or any refunds ever sent! Please do not take any notice of good reviews they write these themselves!! Horrendous sizes and items that don’t look like the nice photos they put online. I’ve been scammed please take note and don’t waste your time money by buying from them!!!!!

Had a problem with my coat and the customer service was really helpful and sent me a replacement asap

Excellent customer service , my query was dealt with super quickly and a gesture of goodwill made for slight inconvenience . The products arrived and are of superb quality as always .

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Belier. The quality of their clothes is outstanding—everything feels premium, durable, and just as described. I’m also really impressed with their refund process. When I needed to return an item, the process was smooth and hassle-free, and my payment was refunded quickly. It’s rare to find a brand that combines both excellent product quality and such efficient customer service. Highly recommend!

I am so shocked to read all the bad reviews for belier, my husband loves this brand the clothes are of such high quality and in fact better than Reiss without the price tag
The fit is perfect for my medium sized hubby with size 9 feet. Thank you belier we have returned some items as we ordered wrong sizes but never had any issues with returns or refunds
Thank you Belier

Thank you for going above and beyond. My parcel was held back due to my own mistake. I emailed belier and they were very helpful and on this occasion they sent my parcel next day delivery. 10/10

Sent me a faulty item and wanted me to pay to return it. Now ignoring my emails . The clothes are cheap polyester and made badly so I would avoid.

I had to return a pair of swimming shorts as they were to small and they sent back the swim shorts and then added a matching shirt! Excellent company and great communication throughout!

I am very happy with the order and delivery time, it was easy to track as well via Shop app. I ordered tracksuit - joggers and hoody and both are great quality, perfect size and look and feel great.

Even there was small issues with pricing, Julie have responded next day after submitting my enquiry and have refunded the difference within 30 minutes, so massive thanks for quick and great customer service and products.

As with some of the comments below, the return process is painstaking. I have photographic evidence of them receiving my parcel through Royal Mail tracked services and they continue to ignore my emails and say my parcel hasn’t been received yet. Product was massively overpriced. Seems like a scam.

Said my order was a scam. It was not. Did not send my order out for days until I contacted them. Had no email confirmation. Rude customer service.

Issuing in county court 5 pm as no refund received
Thief’s

I don't mind the product, quality not worth the full price but it's okay on the whole. In my opinion too busy posting on social media, living it up believing they are the next represent. My big complaint would be there service and social media team, useless would be putting it mildly.

Don’t be fooled by the photos posted online by the models.
This clothing arrived and it was the cheapest looking material.
Very disappointed sent my £200 order all back.
You’d be better buying from shein!
Stick to ARNE if you want quality reasonably priced clothing, this brand comes nowhere close.
