I didn't have a good experience with Beliani. The order took a long time to come, over three weeks, and there was no information from the company as to when it would arrive, or even if it would arrive. The transporter's tracking function had no information either, and simply stated in Portuguese "no registry". It looked like the transporter hadn't even received my order for delivery.
I used the company's webchat, and was told a lot of lies, like it would arrive "the following Thursday or Friday", and it never did. Then I was told the order had arrived in Portugal the previous day, and when challenged, the webchat operator was unable to provide proof of this, or for anything they were stating. I was expected to believe all their lies.
Worse was to come. I wasn't sent an SMS to forewarn me that the order would be delivered. Instead I suddenly received a phone call out of the blue from the transporter who had no idea where my house was or where he ought to deliver to. My address was on the labels stuck on each parcel! He also couldn't confirm what was in the parcels. He had no clue what he was doing or where he should go! Despite me having provided Beliani with my GPS coordinates in addition to my full and correct address, the delivery driver asked for them again. This proves there is not good communication between Beliani and its transporters.
When the parcels came, three of them were damaged. The driver didn't want me to record the damage, and said he would sign off for the delivery digitally. I have taken photos of the damaged packaging as proof.
I emailed Beliani to let them know that I was unhappy with all that had happened and that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. There is no information for customers, and the delivery was chaotic and disorganised. A complete lack of professionalism from Beliani.

Mesa de boa qualidade e muito bonita. Além de algumas pequenas imperfeições em baixo da mesa faz uma boa figura na cozinha. Entrega rápida.

Almost 3 weeks after placing the order, I am still without the dining chairs and we are having to eat off our laps on the sofa.

I ordered the chairs that were "in stock" with advertised, "within 5 working days for delivery."

We were moving house so needed delivery before moving and had factored in the price of assembly with the removal company to bring to the new home.

We moved house without delivery of the chairs.

The tracking link provided by Beliani never worked. I tried calling and writing emails to the transport company to inform them of the new delivery address, as we had moved already. No reply by phone or email.

I contacted Beliani who made note of the new delivery address and kindly informed the transport company.

I am annoyed on 2 levels. I paid for a company to assemble the chairs that never arrived within the 5 working days delivery and for the last few days we are eating off our laps.

We have a housewarming dinner party this weekend. What am I going to do without dining chairs?

Very bad service.

**UPDATE**

The transporter telephoned to make the delivery, at the wrong address. I said that nobody lives there and that he should have the new address.
I asked him to take them back. He refused and dumped the chairs outside the door.

Now what? Really annoyed!

A encomenda foi enviada no dia anunciado e chegou em perfeito estado. Os lavatórios são muito bonitos, com o tampão em cerâmica branca também. Estou muito satisfeita com esta compra.
Atenção, o buraco do tampão não é de tamanho universal, não vão conseguir usar outro tampão comprado separadamente.

Comprei sem saber qual a qualidade e fiquei surpreendida pela positiva, o tapete é de óptima qualidade
